What’s Tom's role at T&C Smart Repairs?
Tom's role as owner and director of T&C Smart Repairs Ltd is a varied one and of course includes delivering quality cosmetic vehicle repairs, he's extremely customer focused and highly experienced within the business model and hands on in all aspects of the company.

What does he enjoy most about his job?
Tom has from a very young age been passionate about cars both mechanical and their appearance and demonstrates that in his own vehicles, maintaining them to extremely high standards. This is not just a job for him, it is his hobby, passion, and the thing that makes him stand out and he prides himself that his customers are happy.

What’s one thing customers might not know about Tom?
Customers may be surprised to learn that Tom is Corey's stepfather and a proud grandad to 2 beautiful grandchildren (just down to his youthful
looks) and enjoys nothing more than getting to spend time with them and play with toys when he is not working hard.

What’s Tom's favourite or dream car?
Toms dream car would be a Nissan GTR, mostly due to his love of drifting, watching it and his dream of a track day in one just being allowed to drift around corners.

How would people describe him in three words?
Tom would like to be known for his approachability, compassion, and trustworthiness. This is important for him in his work and everyday life.

What’s Corey's role at T&C Smart Repairs?
Corey works as a director, scheduler and hands-on technician. He’s always aware of what’s happening and when, making sure everything runs smoothly.

What does he enjoy most about his job?
Corey takes huge satisfaction in seeing a customer’s reaction when their pride and joy is restored back to a factory-fresh standard.

What’s one thing customers might not know about Corey?
He trained to the highest standard at BMW, working on some of the most prestigious vehicles on the road.

What’s Corey’s favourite or dream car?
Corey wouldn’t say he has just one favourite, but he’s a big fan of late 80s/90s JDM cars and older BMW models.

How would people describe him in three words?
Reliable, friendly and helpful.

What’s Amanda's role at T&C Smart Repairs?
Amanda is Tom's wife and Corey's mum so that is a full time job in itself, but has recently joined the company to assist with its growth and continued success. Amanda is a qualified and experienced Health and Safety Leader and looks after the company's finances. She has more than 20 years' experience in customer facing and service roles and is passionate about the business and looking after customers and staff in terms of safety and quality.

What’s Amanda's dream car?
Amanda has had many years of listening to car talk and does not share the same passion about what she drives. If she had to pick a car it would be a nice dependable Volvo that doesn't break down or get stuck in the rain and snow.

How would people describe her in three words?
Amanda said: "I know the guys would describe me as demanding, insistent, and reliable, however this is all in our customers' interest so I think those qualities are potentially acceptable."

What’s Tank's role at T&C?
Tank is 6 months old and is in training to take over from the previous employees Bear & Luna for the above position. Tank offers lovely wet kisses and affection for anyone who needs a bit of a boost. His security skills are still a work in progress and Bear is struggling to stress the importance of a little bark every now and then, but he will stay on until Tank gets the hang of it.

What's Tank's favourite/dream food?
Tank loves a nice piece of steak or chicken but would be happy to share your sandwiches, crisps, cake etc, basically anything that is on offer.

How would people describe him in three words?
Slobbery, affectionate and big.
